"'Highly recommend" My father recently took this one-day Tokyo bus tour, and he absolutely loved it. He had a fantastic experience from start to finish and couldn't stop talking about how well organized and enjoyable the day was. What stood out most was the level of care and attention the staff provided. They truly went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable throughout the tour. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring that he always knew where to be and making sure he was back on the bus at every stop. As someone traveling independently, that extra level of support made a huge difference. The team was also exceptionally kind and helpful when he needed assistance charging his phone. Rather than simply pointing him in the right direction, they took the time to help him get everything sorted out so he could stay connected and continue enjoying the day without any stress. Beyond the excellent service, he thoroughly enjoyed seeing Tokyo's major sights and learning more about the city. The tour was well-paced, informative, and a great way to experience a lot in a single day. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of my father. Den was an excellent tour guide! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the group organized throughout the entire day. She shared interesting facts about every place we visited and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The Perfect Kyoto One Day Tour was very well organized, the itinerary was excellent, and everything ran on time. We visited beautiful places without feeling rushed, and it was a great way to see Kyoto in one day. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you have Den as your guide!
Magical morning in the snow!

We had a wonderful time on this tour, largely thanks to our guide, Yasushi-san. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The highlight was definitely Shirakawa-go. The tour is timed perfectly—we arrived earlier than the bulk of the crowds, which allowed us to experience the historic village in a much quieter, more peaceful state. Seeing the thatched roofs covered in snow was a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience. Yasushi-san also stationed himself inside one of the house museums to provide extra context and history, which added a lot of value to the visit. The afternoon in Kanazawa was very enjoyable, though the craft activities were a bit underwhelming for us. The daruma painting was unguided, and the gold leaf postcard activity felt very brief. Despite the crafts being a little simple, the overall experience and the quality of the guiding made this a trip well worth taking!

Our family of 5 participated on this tour on 7/28/26. Our tour guide was Marin. She was an amazing tour guide. She was friendly, enthusiastic, informative and communicated with the group well. We have been on many tours and this tour was extremely well organized from start to finish. We covered a lot of sights in a short amount of time. There was appropriate time spent at all locations. The itinerary was explained at the beginning of the trip. Meeting times and places were clearly communicated. The bus was clean and air conditioned. We would highly recommend this tour especially if you have limited time in Hiroshima or have arrived on a day trip
